Problems Logging In

The SIVUH GP Services web site requires the use of cookies to facilitate secure login. If you are using Internet Explorer 7 the Privacy setting in Tools > Internet Options should be set to "Medium High" in order to accept the login cookie automatically. Alternative if you use a higher privacy setting, you can click the "Sites" button and add "sivuh.ie" and click the "Allow" button. This will allow the login cookie for the GP Services web site.

Problems receiving email confirmation of submitted Referral request

Some email programmes may move the confirmation email to the ‘Junk’ folder unless website@gp.sivuh.ie is listed as a ‘safe sender’ on the account. 

If the email is still in the Junk folder, click the “Not Junk” button to add the address as a safe sender.  Alternatively click Options > More Options > Junk e-mail > Safe and Blocked senders > Safe Senders, and then type in website@gp.sivuh.ie and click “Add to list”.
