Mission Statement

Audiology is the science of quantifying the state and quality of the human hearing and balance system.  Our mission is to diagnose hearing loss, advise on all aspects of hearing conservation, rehabilitation and management of hearing balance problems.

Department Description
State of the art regional audiology department incorporating 3 fully equipped sound proofed test rooms and a vestibular function laboratory.

Services Provided
Full diagnostic audiological assessments including Otoacoustic Emissions and Brain Stem Evoked Response for adults and children.  Vestibular function tests, (VNG). Support for patients with hearing loss and advice on tinnitus management.

Located off the Link Corridor, close to the ENT department
